The Colby Economic Outlook report was the subject of articles in media statewide, including the Portland Press Herald, the Bangor Daily News, and Mainebiz. The student researchers predict that by the middle of 2021, Maine could experience a strong economic recovery—if the pandemic is brought under control. “If you want to fix the economy, you have to get a handle on the pandemic,” said Michael Donihue '79, the Herbert E.
